Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can get a new number in the app, or keep your current one and set your carrier to forward calls to Phone AI when you're busy, away or after hours.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
You write the greeting, and we recommend saying you use an AI assistant. Some places require that disclosure, along with consent for recording or transcripts.
What happens to urgent calls?
You set the rules. Phone AI can transfer a call to you, or flag it as urgent with a callback number and a short summary.
How much does it cost?
The app is free to download. Current prices, included usage and any trial are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Shopify plans are billed through Shopify.
